The CM16 Batto FOD from G&G Armament expands the Batto series with a highly compact rifle configuration designed for manoeuvrability and transport convenience. Built around a reinforced polymer receiver, the platform maintains strong structural durability while keeping overall weight low at approximately 2.02 kg.
One of the defining features of the Batto FOD is G&G's patented CHFS folding stock (Conductive Hinge Folding Stock). This new design maintains electrical continuity through the hinge, allowing the rifle to operate while the stock is folded. The folding mechanism significantly reduces the rifle's overall footprint during transport while still allowing immediate use when deployed.
At the front of the rifle is a modular M-LOK handguard which allows accessories such as weapon lights, grips, or lasers to be mounted directly to the rail. M-LOK slots positioned along the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock surfaces provide flexible attachment options while keeping the front end lightweight. A full-length Picatinny flat-top across the receiver provides a continuous mounting surface for optics and sight systems.
Internally, the CM16 Batto FOD uses G&G's MIG gearbox, an upgraded Version 2 design derived from the G2 architecture. The gearbox incorporates strengthened structural areas and is supported by 8 mm steel bushings for improved durability. Power is delivered by G&G's original long-axis motor rated at approximately 18,000 RPM, providing dependable cycling and consistent skirmish performance.
A key feature of the platform is the true quick-change spring system, allowing players to adjust power output quickly and efficiently without full gearbox disassembly. This provides flexibility when adapting the rifle to different site FPS limits.
The rifle uses a 130 mm precision inner barrel paired with an adjustable hop-up system to maintain stable BB trajectory despite the extremely compact front-end configuration.
Supplied with a 30-round mid-cap magazine with visible dummy rounds, the CM16 Batto FOD emphasises compact realism while maintaining reliable feeding performance.
With its folding stock design, compact dimensions, and upgraded MIG gearbox internals, the CM16 Batto FOD offers a highly portable Combat Machine platform suited to CQB environments and players seeking maximum mobility.
